Can you tell us what type of business you run and how long you've been operating this business?
I run a SaaS business or rather we call it Software as Service. This is my second business and I’ve been in business for 3 years now. I am starting over again it's because I used to run my first business with Ex and when COVVID hit us, we were financially burdened and he decided to give up on us.
Can you share with us some details about how you got started in the Financial Software Business Industry?
When I think the partners didn't deserve that harsh treatment from the principal, I got inspired to be a better and compassionate software principal.
The next thing that inspired me to practice conscious capitalism was when I witnessed partners sacrifice their savings just to buy upfront software licenses to maintain their partnership tiers. One of the partners actually sold one of their vehicles just to be able to get their software license.
The third reason was pretty personal as my EX wasn’t happy at work and his workplace was toxic.
Having to deal with his mom’s death at that time took a toll on his mental health and so he persuaded me to start a business with him and that is how I got myself into this ISV business specifically in the financial software business industry.
My journey has been great during my entire tenure in business, we did grow as a couple, we had a luxury office setup in the golden triangle of Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia in the KLCC area, and then COVID hit us, it tore us apart.
If you've had some challenges and roadblocks along the way, Can you share with us what some of those challenges have been in regards to starting or running this business and how you overcame them?

Let's talk about the services you offer, who do you help, and how do you help?
My primary services would be software implementation of Rise Cloud Accounting, Human Resources Information System, website development and designing, content creation and bespoke custom application. I help accountants who need flexible client onboarding software, software resellers and software alliance partners, sole traders, midsize and enterprise businesses.
What's your best advice for those that desire to improve their business finances?
Excel, macros are great. Why not let the software cut down half your time spent on mundane tasks when you can have clear visibility of your finances at the palm of your hands.
With all that you've accomplished so far, did setting goals contribute to your success so far?
Yes it sure did!
Here at GoalSetters, we like to say " A Goal Without A Plan is Just A Wish", what's your advice on the best way that people can go about accomplishing the goals that they set?
My advice would be to stick with your goals and be persistent. As for me, it took me nearly a year to heal from my breakup after a 5 year relationship, it took me a long time to bounce back and to figure life and one thing I practiced was, persistence. Because my goal is to be a female SaaS company CEO below 30 and because I had this at the back of my mind, I never gave up.
